学生行为准则

Reference: Education Code Section 66300, 72122, 76030         

A student enrolling in 澳门皇家赌城在线大学 assumes an obligation to conduct him/herself in a manner compatible with the college’s function as an educational institution.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide a prompt and equitable means to address violations of the 学生行为准则, which provides to the student or students involved appropriate due process rights. This procedure will be applied in a fair and equitable manner, and not for purposes of retaliation. It is not intended to substitute for criminal or civil proceedings that may be initiated by other agencies.

These Administrative Procedures are not intended to infringe in any way on the rights of students to engage in free expression as protected by the state and federal constitutions, 以及《澳门英皇赌城在线》第66301条和76120条, and will not be used to punish expression that is protected.

Student conduct must conform to the 学生行为准则 established by the Governing Board of the 澳门皇家赌城在线 County Community College 区 in collaboration with college administrators and students. Violations of such rules are subject to disciplinary actions which are to be administered by appropriate college authorities. The 澳门皇家赌城在线 County Community College 区 has established procedures for the administration of the penalties enumerated here. College authorities will determine the appropriate penalty(ies).

学生行为准则

1. 导致, 试图引起, or threatening to cause physical injury to another person or to one’s self.

2. 占有, 出售或以其他方式提供武器, 包括但不限于, 枪支的实物或复制品, 刀, 爆炸性或其他危险物品, or any item used to threaten bodily harm without written permission from a district employee, 经学院院长同意.

3. 使用, 占有(法律明文允许的除外), 分布, 或者出售酒精饮料, 毒品, 致幻药, 大麻, other controlled substances or dangerous drugs while on campus or while participating in any college-sponsored event.

4. Presence on campus while under the influence of alcoholic beverages, 毒品, 致幻药, 大麻, other controlled substances or dangerous drugs except as expressly permitted by law.

5. Committing or attempting to commit robbery or extortion.

6. 导致 or 试图引起 damage to district property or to private property on campus.

7. Stealing or attempting to steal district property or private property on campus, or knowingly receiving stolen district property or private property on campus.

8. Willful or persistent smoking in any area where smoking has been prohibited by law or by regulation of the college or the 区.

9. Engaging in intimidating conduct or bullying against another student through words or actions, 包括直接的身体接触, 口头攻击, 比如戏弄或辱骂, 社会隔离或操纵, 和网络欺凌.

10. 从事骚扰或歧视行为的. The district’s response to instances of 性ual harassment will follow the processes identified in Board Policy and Administrative Procedures 3430.

12. 破坏性行为, 故意不服从, 不敬的言语, 粗俗或其他令人反感的行为, or the open and persistent defiance of the authority of, 或者持续的虐待, district/college personnel in performance of their duties.

13. The persistent defiance of authority or abuse of 区/college personnel.

15. 不诚实, forgery; alteration or misuse of district/college documents, records or identification; or knowingly furnishing false information to the district/college or any related off-site agency or organization.

16. Unauthorized entry to or use of district/college facilities.

17. 从事淫秽的表达, 诽谤的, 或诽谤性的, or which so incites students as to create a clear and present danger of the commission of unlawful acts on college/区 premises, or the violation of lawful 区 administrative procedures, or the substantial disruption of the orderly operation of the 区.

18. Violation of 区/college rules and regulations including those concerning student organizations, 使用地区/学院设施, 或者时间, 的地方, and manner of public expression or 分布 of materials.

19. 持续的, serious misconduct where other means of correction have failed to bring about proper conduct.

21. Violation of professional ethical code of conduct in classroom or clinical settings as identified by state licensing agencies (Board of Registered Nursing, 紧急医疗服务局, 标题22, 警务人员标准 & 培训,加州公共卫生部).

For purposes of student discipline under this procedure, conduct is related to college 活动 or college attendance if it occurs during or in conjunction with any program, 活动, 或与地区课程有关的事件, sponsored or sanctioned by the 区 or a college of the 区, or funded in whole or in part by the 区 or college, whether the 活动 or event occurs on or off campus or during or outside of instructional hours.
